Kuasa Hukum H. Nadalsyah, Rahmadi G Lentam saat menunjukkan surat bukti laporan ke Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Polda Kalteng, Kamis (15/6/2023).
PALANGKA RAYA, Kalimantan Tengah.co – Koyem melaporkan Sriosako atas dugaan ITE dan penistaan agama. Laporan tersebut dikirim ke jajaran Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Kalteng c Kamis (15/6/2023).
Langkah yang diambil H Nadalsyah yang merupakan Bupati Barito Utara ini sebagai bentuk tanggapan atas laporan yang sebelumnya disampaikan HM Sriosako ke Mapolda Kalteng, beberapa waktu lalu.
Rahmadi G Lentam melalui kuasa hukumnya mewakili Koyem mengatakan kliennya telah mengambil langkah melaporkan Sriosako atas tuduhan dugaan pelanggaran ITE dan pencemaran nama baik.
“Ada enam pasal yang kami laporkan, dua di antaranya adalah Pasal 310 ayat 2 KUHP juncto pasal 55 ayat 1 Ke – 1 KUHP tentang penodaan agama. Poin kedua adalah Pasal 317 ayat 1 KUHP juncto dengan Pasal 55 ayat 1 ke 1 KUHP tentang pengaduan fitnah, poin ketiga Undangan – Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE),” ujarnya.
Menurutnya, pelaporan ini didasarkan pada perilaku terlapor, yakni menampilkan obrolan pribadinya dengan kliennya. Karena itu, pihaknya mengambil langkah ke Polda Kalteng.
Karena pada dasarnya, kliennya dalam hal ini Ketua DPD Demokrat Kalteng tidak terima dengan tudingan yang disampaikan Sriosako ke Polda Kalteng. Untuk itu, ia melaporkan kembali.
“Kalaupun ada kata damai, tentu terserah polisi mengaturnya. Di pengadilan saja bisa damai. Jadi kita ikuti saja dulu alurnya,” ujarnya. (oiq)
